Fees for therapy and counseling appointments are $100- $125 for the first initial assessment/evaluation and $100 for each subsequent 50 minute  appointment. If  Mrs. Tobey is a contract provider with your insurance company, she will bill your insurance for you, however, all co-pays are required at the time of the visit.  ***Please verify your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.  This can be easily done by calling the number on your insurance card and asking about your mental health benefits.  Any deductibles are the client's responsibility.

Kelly Tobey, MSW, LCSW  is currently a provider on the following insurance panels: Aetna PPO Blue Cross Blue Cross Healthy Families Blue Shield PPO ****(please note- not all Blue Shield Plans have Blue Shield mental health benefits--please inquire before scheduling an appointment) TriCare/ TriWest ***If you do not see your insurance company listed, please feel free to contact Mrs. Tobey to discuss your individual situation.  For all other PPO insurances, Mrs. Tobey will bill your insurance company for you, however, the full session fee  must be paid  at the time of your visit.
